The Sunflower Hour Employee Networking Group has been designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the departments of radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Weill Cornell Medicine. The group aims to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, support diversity of ideas and open communication, and encourage collegiality and collaboration. During meetings, participants are encouraged to raise topics of interest. These can include stress management and wellness, work-life balance and parenthood, sustainability and wellbeing, workplace learning and development, social justice and health equity, activism and advocacy, bias and burnout, and many others.
