The Department of Radiology seeks to improve the representation of residents, fellows, faculty, and staff from all backgrounds and underrepresented communities within the field of medicine. We hope to foster and nurture a culture of inclusive excellence where members of our department (irrespective of age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and socioeconomic status) can thrive, succeed, and inspire others to do the same. The Department of Radiology commits to creating new standards for inclusive innovation by developing initiatives and supporting leaders that keep in mind the growth of our department and the people who define it. To do so, we look to our institutional and departmental goals as we work to:
