The Department of Radiology seeks to improve the representation of residents, fellows, faculty, and staff from all backgrounds and underrepresented communities within the field of medicine. We hope to foster and nurture a culture of inclusive excellence where members of our department (irrespective of age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and socioeconomic status) can thrive, succeed, and inspire others to do the same.
