What do you love most about living in NYC? The sheer variety. Nowhere else has all the diversity of the world, in one single, dense, bustling city. You can never run out of new great finds for food and the city is a must-stop for touring performers of every kind. Everything in the heart of the city is a bike-ride away. It's also my hometown so I have my biases.

What drew you to Cornell Radiology? The education is top-notch and the research opportunities are abundant, but truly it's the people. I really could not think of a better place to train in radiology than together with my amazing peers, under the guidance of sincere mentors who are truly experts in their respective subspecialty fields. The traditional lines between professional colleagues and close friends you love to hang out with are indistinct, and that's a good thing.

Favorite hobbies outside of work? Playing piano, fitness, historical reading, wine and whiskey tasting, watching good and so-bad-they're-good horror and sci-fi movies

First travel destination after COVID is over? Japan
